The algorithm used is based on Markov Chains, and merely generates paragraphs that are statistically similar to a particular sample text. While the program has no notion whatsoever of proper grammar usage, it can (on occasion) create some surprisingly lucid sentences if given a large enough sample text and a little creative interpretation. You can try it out by copying and pasting the text from one of the following books, or you can enter your own text.
